He offers a unique blend of leadership, vision and business savvy, based on his 3-P Model of People Management, Processes and Partnerships; which allows him to lead high-performing teams; that positively affect the company’s bottom-line.
Mark has a passion for music of all genres, which lead him to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Music with an Emphasis in Opera. He routinely enjoys sharing his passion for music by participating and show-casing his musical prowess, at local opera karaoke venues as well as via voice recitals.
At Aesthetic Record, Mark leads and manages a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, coaching and mentorship; to ensure high performance.
