Mary Beth is the Founder & CEO of recruiting & training powerhouse TITAN Aesthetic & Recruiting. Since founding TITAN in 2017, Mary Beth has been on a mission to fill the gaps in the industry. She’s had first hand experiences with those gaps as she’s served the needs of our industry since 2005! Since then, she’s held roles at Galderma (then Medicis) and Allergan in sales, product management and national account direction.

But in 2017, she felt a different calling, and TITAN Aesthetic Recruiting was born! She saw a gap in matching Practices in search of great injectors with great injectors looking for a new Practice. Over the years, her thorough recruiting process, complete with in-depth screenings and a strong focus on long-term candidate success, have become the secret ingredient for the growth of countless Practices.

But as the industry has changed, her offerings have, too! TITAN is now equally focused on preparing the influx of new injectors for their first role and beyond, and she shares what sets a great candidate apart in the interview process! She and Kevin Harrington, FNP-C, have built a multi-step injector preparation course that helps set the right foundational knowledge to accelerate onboarding once a candidate is placed.

She took it one step further with the TITAN Membership Program where injectors can access frequent webinars with top Injectors & Trainers across the industry. In addition, TITAN’s “Netflix” style resource library allows injectors to rent a broad range of training videos for a VERY low cost.

She’s maintained her committment to improving recruiting and placement, a craft she’s perfected down to a science, literally, over the last 5 years. One of the areas of exploration that piqued Mary Beth’s interest was a natural fit for recruiting, and a MAJOR gap for owners & employees: Compensation!

She’s become one of the experts in the topic, providing consultative help to owners looking for ways to retain great employees. This led her to build a full compensation report based on first-hand, self reported data from Injectors across the industry.

This report has become a trusted guide over the years, providing key insights and pay data that isn’t available anywhere else! She not only offers it to employers for benchmarking but provides consulting time to help them “right the ship” when it comes to pay!
