With a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education, Ashley possesses a strong academic foundation that underpins her multifaceted career. Her thirst for knowledge led her to pursue leadership studies, earning her certifications in school building level and school district level administration. These accomplishments mirror her aspiration not only to educate but also to inspire through administrative leadership.

Ashley has navigated roles ranging from classroom teaching, to consultancy, where her insights catalyzed positive change, and training, where her expertise enriched the skills of fellow educators. Her holistic involvement in the education sector showcases her profound understanding of its nuances and challenges.

When not at work, you can find Ashley and her husband Tim supporting their three children in their many activities.
