With experience across startups and enterprises, Rachel applies a consulting lens to HR—using data, Lean Six Sigma frameworks, and strategic problem-solving to align people initiatives with business goals. Her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Masters in Business Administration, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt underscore a relentless focus on measurable improvement.
