Rachel leads all facets of Human Resources at Aesthetic Record, from talent acquisition and employee relations to benefits, performance management, and internal training. She co-leads the company’s Emerging Leaders Program and New StARt Liaison Program—initiatives that cultivate mentorship, professional growth, and cross-team engagement in a supportive, collaborative culture.
With experience across startups and enterprises, Rachel applies a consulting lens to HR—using data, Lean Six Sigma frameworks, and strategic problem-solving to align people initiatives with business goals. Her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Masters in Business Administration, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt underscore a relentless focus on measurable improvement.
Outside the office, Rachel enjoys exploring new ways to express creativity as well as quiet evenings at home with her dog.
