Your California Privacy Rights. As a California resident, you have the rights listed below.However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases we may decline your request aspermitted by law.

However, Aesthetic Record does not currently sell Personal Information of California residents as those terms are defined by current California law. In the event we choose to do so in the future, we will update this Privacy Policyto provide an opportunity for California residents to be verified and exercise their opt-out rights under that law. – Opt-in. If we know that you are younger than 16 years old, we will ask for your permission (or if you are younger than 13 years old, your parent’s or guardian’s permission) to sell your Personal Information before we do so.
– Non discrimination. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination. This means that we will not penalize you for exercising your rights by taking actions such as denying you services; increasing the price/rate of services;decreasing service quality; or suggesting that we may penalize you as described above for exercising your rights.

Identity Verification and Additional Information to Needed to Process a Request. We reserve the right to confirm your California residence to process your requests and will needto confirm your identity to process your requests to exercise your information, access ordeletion rights. As part of this process, government identification may be required. California residents can empower an “authorized agent” to submit requests on their behalf. We will require the authorized agent to have a written authorization confirming that authority. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail toallow us to understand and respond to it.
